  "Description": "Quantifying similarity between high-dimensional single\ncell samples is challenging, and usually requires some\nsimplifying hypothesis to be made. By transforming the high\ndimensional space into a high dimensional grid, the number of\ncells in each sub-space of the grid is characteristic of a\ngiven sample. Using a Hilbert curve each sample can be\nvisualized as a simple density plot, and the distance between\nsamples can be calculated from the distribution of cells using\nthe Jensen-Shannon distance. Bins that correspond to\nsignificant differences between samples can identified using a\nsimple bootstrap procedure.",
